Mohammed Kudus ‘to accept West Ham exit’ amid Tottenham transfer links…
West Ham appear set to make some key sales to ease their financial situation, and Mohammed Kudus could make way.
Graham Potter needs funding to rebuild his squad after a disappointing season, and while a few veterans have departed, a big name looks set to follow.
Kudus was outstanding in his first campaign after a big-money move from Ajax, but the goals dried up last season, and he could now leave this summer.
West Ham could earn a lot from his exit as Tottenham are linked with the attacker, and Kudus’ stance over his future in East London has now become clear.

It has now become clear that if an offer comes in for the 24-year-old, he will leave the London Stadium, with his desires and upbringing now compared to in-demand striker Victor Osimhen.

Kudus’ West Ham record
Speaking on The Guardian’s Made In Africa Podcast (23 June), African journalist Rahman Osman explains that Kudus’ tough upbringing in Ghana will play a part in his career moves, and like Osimhen, he will be willing to push for an exit if a big-money offer comes in.
“Kudus and [Victor] Osimhen are so similar in the ways they came up through life,” Osman stated.
“Osimhen comes from a very challenging place. Kudus comes from Nima, and the moment he came to the Premier League, he wanted to make his mark at West Ham, then move on. If he gets an offer, he will go, that is for sure. West Ham have placed him at a high price.”
Kudus is expected to leave West Ham
Kudus’ West Ham exit was inevitable
When Kudus joined West Ham, it was after he turned down a move to Brighton, with a lack of a release clause in his deal failing to convince him to move.
Clearly, he saw his first move to the Premier League as a means of attracting more interest and quickly moving on to a team paying more and competing in Europe.
For West Ham, it means they could potentially double their money on Kudus and find a cheaper replacement, despite his difficult second season, while Kudus can earn himself a bigger move than the interest and wages he commanded during his time at Ajax.
