Jack Grealish to Everton just got interesting as fresh development emerges from Man City..
Everton’s interest in potentially landing Jack Grealish this summer has been well documented.
The former England international is in desperate need of discovering his best form again away from Manchester City.
David Moyes is looking to add exciting forwards this summer as Everton rebuild their squad under the Friedkins.
Although the Toffees are being backed by their new owners, their finances would not support a permanent switch for the 29-year-old Grealish.
With his future up in the air, Grealish issued an emotional Man City message on his love for both the club and the fans.
Everton would like to sign Grealish on loan, and there has now been an encouraging development for the Blues.

Everton target Jack Grealish resumes individual Man City training
It is believed Man City want Grealish’s future sorted quickly, with Pep Guardiola’s side returning to training shortly.
The 29-year-old was not part of City’s Club World Cup squad. So, the winger has enjoyed an extended break on his teammates.
According to The Telegraph, Grealish has now agreed to return to individual training at City.

As he waits for offers to land, the Englishman will pick up training back at City’s facilities as City look to find him a new club.
The report claims Grealish is desperate to return to the England squad ahead of the World Cup next year.
Despite this, Rio Ferdinand has encouraged Grealish to move to Saudi Arabia in what would be a huge blow to his chances with Thomas Tuchel.
Everton will be encouraged to see the winger back in training, but they will face plenty of competition if he does become available on loan.

Grealish faces lengthy wait on his next club
As per the report, the finances involved in a potential deal for Grealish are what is putting clubs off currently.
Simon Jordan does not think Moyes would want Grealish at Everton due to the nature of his character.
However, the Friedkins want a statement signing for Everton, and Grealish would certainly class as just that.
The Englishman needs a fresh start this summer, but moving to Everton could allow him to keep his home comforts by staying in the north west.
There’ll be a lot more to a potential move than just where he could live, but the Toffees have plenty to offer him.
