Leeds United given Tom Fellows approval as transfer ‘target’ makes feelings clear..
The latest Leeds United transfer news and rumours as the Whites continute their pre-season preparations ahead of their return to the Premier League..
Leeds United kick started their pre-season campaign with a 0-0 draw against Manchester United in Stockholm with Daniel Farke using the fixture to bed in a number of new signings.
It’s been a busy summer transfer window for the Whites, who are looking to revamp their squad following their return to the Premier League. Leeds went up in style as title winners, scoring plenty of goals and playing front footed attacking football, but how will that translate in the top flight?
Farke knows his side still need a number of new signings in key areas of the pitch, if they want to avoid relegation next season. With that in mind, LeedsLive has taken a look at the latest Leeds United transfer news and speculation.

Leeds given Tom Fellows transfer approval
Leeds have been told that Tom Fellows would be a great signing for the club this summer, according to former Whites goalkeeper Paul Robinson. Fellow Premier League side Everton have also been linked with a move to the England youth international, who recently helped Lee Carsley’s side retain their European Championship crown.
“He was heavily linked with the move in January,” he told Football Insider. “He’s 21, and if you look at his attacking stats this season in terms of goals and assists, 14 assists is incredible in a team that finished ninth in the Championship.
“Leeds, I’m not surprised that they’re in for him. In all honesty, their recruitment has been underwhelming so far in this window. Looking at what Sunderland have done, they’ve got some big players in and recruited heavily.
“Leeds have bolstered their defence, so I’m hoping they’re building from the floor upwards. Tom Fellows would fit that bill, he’d be a great signing, but Everton are ahead because of where they were in January with him.
“I do think he’ll go in this window because of the length of his contract. This is where West Brom are going to get a big fee for him.”
