Walker-Peters medical results are in after West Ham agreement..
West Ham are expected to complete the signing of Kyle Walker-Peters.
The full-back had looked set for a move to Turkish side Besiktas, but will now join up with Graham Potter’s side after the Hammers hijacked the deal.
Walker-Peters left Southampton at the end of the season following the expiration of his contract, after joining the Saints in 2020.
The Englishman will be Potter’s third signing of the summer, after Jean-Clair Todibo’s move was made permanent and El Hadji Malick Diouf was signed from Czech champions Slavia Prague.

Walker-Peters completes medical
Walker-Peters is expected to add depth on the right side of defence for West Ham, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka currently lacking a natural replacement in the squad.
The 28-year-old has established himself as a Premier League-quality defender over the years, amassing nearly over 200 appearances for Southampton.
Walker-Peters has been capped twice by England and has shown versatility throughout his career, often playing on the left side of defence, or in midfield.

Walker-Peters is a Premier League regular
He made 33 appearances for the Saints last season as they suffered relegation from the Premier League.
But the defender is now set for an immediate return with West Ham, with Fabrizio Romano (July 19) confirming that his medical has now been completed.
Walker-Peters is set to sign a three-year deal at The London Stadium, and will likely join up with the squad before they fly to the United States.
West Ham will take on Manchester United, Everton and Bournemouth in the states, as part of what is now dubbed as the Premier League Summer Series.

Walker-Peters move is smart
Throughout his time in the Premier League, Walker-Peters has been regarded as a very consistent defender.
The full-back was often linked with moves to the clubs towards the top end of England’s top division, and a move to Besiktas would have come as a surprise for those familiar with the player.
Instead, West Ham have managed to bag a defender with a largely clean bill of health throughout his career, and who can provide quality depth on both sides of the pitch.
With Emerson Palmieri keen on a move away this summer, the Hammers could end up making a profit on his sale, by replacing him with a low-cost deal.
