Grealish move to West Ham ‘makes sense’ after imminent deal claim…
West Ham have been linked with a move for Jack Grealish, in a deal which could suit all parties.
Grealish is set to leave Manchester City this summer after falling down the pecking order, and several clubs are interested.
West Ham have just lost Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham, and the future of Lucas Paqueta remains unclear, with a dire need to strengthen in attacking areas.
A loan deal for Grealish has been mooted, and the London Stadium could be his next destination, unless a former West Ham manager thwarts his old club.

In recent days, it was claimed that Grealish could be set to leave Man City imminently, before the rest of the squad return to training after the FIFA Club World Cup.

Andy Dunn has now claimed in the Sunday Mirror (20 July, pg 70) that the Hammers could be a strong option for Grealish, who needs to leave Man City “as soon as possible.”
Dunn wrote, “There has been talk of West Ham United and that would make some sense, but Everton would be the ideal destination for Grealish.”
Moyes was dismissed by the Hammers in 2024 and has since returned to Everton, with the Toffees now thriving under his guidance. It could end up being a straight battle between Everton and West Ham to sign Grealish, and Moyes could end up having the last laugh.

West Ham could fall behind Everton in Grealish race
Grealish needs to revive his career after a few difficult years, and a stable environment would be the best thing for him.
At Everton, Grealish could work in a positive environment under Moyes, who has helped a number of their stars improve, as they move into their new stadium.
West Ham, meanwhile, are yet to significantly strengthen in the market, could lose more of their best players, and Graham Potter’s job is not entirely secure.
Grealish could play alongside England teammate Jarrod Bowen, but West Ham would have to give a very good pitch if they are to convince him to move to London.
