Jack Grealish has just reached an agreement with Man City over his immediate future..

Jack Grealish’s future for the 2025/26 season has yet to be decided.

The winger is a fan favourite at the Etihad Stadium, but has underdelivered ever since his £100m move from Aston Villa during the summer of 2021, which peaked last season when the 29-year-old struggled for form.

As a result, Grealish was left out of Pep Guardiola’s squad for the FIFA Club World Cup, which was one way for the legendary coach to tell the Englishman that he is no longer part of his plans.

The former Villa star has been training on his own ever since, and while the rest of the City squad are enjoying their summer break, Grealish has reached an agreement with the Premier League giants.

Jack Grealish has agreed to train individually at Man City
West Ham are the latest club to show interest in Grealish, but that depends on the future of Lucas Paqueta and the opinion of head coach Graham Potter, The Telegraph reports.

Any exit for the winger this summer is very likely to be a loan deal with the Manchester club paying a large chunk of the 29-year-old’s salary, as Man City want £50m for Grealish, while the Englishman currently takes home £300,000 a week.

As Grealish continues to search for a new club, The Telegraph is reporting that the winger has agreed to return to Manchester City to train individually this week, as the fan favourite wants to be in the best shape possible for when the new season gets underway next month.

The Manchester club’s main group of players do not return for pre-season training until July 28, and it remains to be seen if the winger will join up with them when they are all back together in England.

The report also states that Grealish still has a good relationship with Man City and that every decision made so far has been taken in collaboration between the Premier League club and the player.

Jack Grealish’s record vs West Ham
With West Ham the latest club to show some interest in Grealish, and the London club being a good fit for the winger, another big boost for the 29-year-old should he join the Hammers is that he would not have to face them next season.

Grealish has a poor record against West Ham, with the Man City star playing against the Irons on 11 separate occasions, winning just five, drawing three, and losing the remaining three.

Grealish has produced three goals and three assists against West Ham, but the majority of those came when he was at Aston Villa, with only one goal and one assist coming as part of Guardiola’s team.

It remains to be seen where the 29-year-old ends up this season, but given that the Englishman is a beloved star in the sport, many will simply be hoping that he is playing somewhere he can be happy.
