Pierce Johnson, a right-hander, was promoted by the Braves, according to David O’Brien of The Athletic.

“This is a setback: Pierce Johnson, a top setup man for the Braves, was placed on a 15-day injured list due to inflammation in his elbow,” O’Brien stated. “They moved rehabbing LHP Angel Perdomo to the 60-day injured list to free up space on the 40-man roster.”
